Sal, the owner of Creative Touch is completely unreliable. He did a mediocre job in my home. He said there was a 2 year guarantee of his services. One week after job completion (and unfortunately payment in full) I called him back because the paint was already peeling! He promised to return no fewer than 20 times and failed to show up or call every time. It is a year and a half later and I am still waiting. The better business bureau couldn't help me and it is not worth taking him to court. The best I can do is warn others so I am warning you!
