• The foundation upon which our company was founded dates back more than 85 years. As a child, our president and founder, Cedric J Waggoner, fondly remembers playing with his sisters at the family’s chocolate factory, located in North Canton. The family confectionery business was started by Mr. Waggoner’s grandparents, Harry and Iola London, in the early 1900’s and later run by the second and third generations, prior to being sold in 2003. It was then that Mr. Waggoner made the decision to independently carry on the highly respected family traditions by opening Waggoner Chocolates in the original family factory, built by his grandparents in 1954. • Having learned the business from the bottom up, Mr. Waggoner has designed and developed a number of confectionery products and collaborated on projects with small, medium and large companies around the world. • Our products are sold in all 50 United States, China, Europe and Canada. Today, Waggoner Chocolates produces more than 100 varieties of bulk and individually wrapped chocolates and seasonal chocolates, including the “i-Can Series,” Designer Cup Series, the best real milk chocolate and creamy peanut butter buckeyes, caramel dainties and much more. Our chocolates are made with the freshest, finest ingredients from around the world. • At Waggoner Chocolates we continue our timeless devotion to the worlds most distinguished chocolate connoisseurs by providing quality chocolates and confections that will be cherished for generations to come. We are proud to be an Ohio business, and more specifically a Stark County based company. Since our inception in 2003, our sales have increased significantly and our brand has become more widely recognized and respected both in the United States and overseas. That being said, we have had to expand our employee base and corporate team leaders, all Stark County residents. Our management team is both qualified and determined to grow Waggoner Chocolates at a continued rapid pace. We have plans to expand our both in physicality and product development in 2012.
