Although they are good at selling you an appliance, you might as well save a bit of money and go to Home Depot. The minute something goes wrong, BID gives you an 800 number to call. And if something really goes wrong, as it did for me and a refrigerator I bought there, they respond with..."That's what the warranty is for." Do not buy anything from these guys. You aren't getting the customer service and support that they lead you to believe you will be getting. And let me tell, they will kiss your butt and tell you everything you want to hear to make the sale. Don't be fool
