Patrick gave us quick service and explained a lot about the house. It wasnt as perfect as we had hoped, but with the suggestions of ERB we have been able to get the house ready to move in. At first I didnt want to have to pay for a home inspection, but, I knew that there were some parts of the house that needed work. So I, with the help of the real estate agent (wont mention her) gave me a list of roofers, plumbers and electricians to come and look and estimate repair etc, you know a free estimate.
