My wife locked herself out of her house and car this morning. It was 30 degrees out and she had an infant with her. I called this locksmith (advertised as a - 24/7 emergency locksmith). A very unpleasant woman answered and informed me there was no one available. I explained the situation (very nicely). She said "call someone else." I asked if she had any numbers of other locksmiths (I had called several before this one with no luck) and she hung up on me.
