Alex came to the house to treat a few pet stains caused by my dog. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He suggested we replace some of the padding below the carpet before he worked on the carpet so that all of the smell would be gone. Alex only charged us $10 for driving out to the house and will come back once the new padding is down to complete the carpet. I'm very thankful we found him as I know other companies would have charged a lot more and probably wouldn't have been as knowledgeable. Thank you Alex!
