I have been a member of changingshape.com for over a year and I have to say that the service Matt and his crew are offering is great. The website is very user-friendly and there is a big variety of routines based on different types of training. I live in Greece and no matter the time difference Matt has always been very fast in responding to my requests and in addressing any routine issues I had. Furthermore, he managed to help me address a weak core problem I had by adjusting my routines to my specificities and goals. This has been accomplished through personal routines
