I would give Joe and his company a zero if possible on this platform. I lead a team that manages countless large and small-scaled client-focused events and have never worked with a vendor like eventrugs. They were misleading and outwardly lied about the products they would provide and by specific dates, and this was after they asked us to process payment. This experience felt like a scam.
