Our sewer was backing up out of the floor drains in our basement. We had a company come out that advertises on TV to snake any drain for $99. Well they told us that the line was "collapsed" and wanted $12000 to dig up our yard and replace it. We called Relativity Plumbing for a 2nd opinion. Ken came out and snaked the drain and got it open in no time at all. And for only $94 to boot! He explained that the "collapsed line" sell we got was usually a scam. And he gets alot of calls from people like us that are scared they need thousands of dollars in repairs. H
