The owner has no integrity. He took payment and refused to do any work. He avoided answering calls and emails and when he did would no address any issues instead fixated on some minor detail that I was not concerned about. He would lie and say that things worked when it was obvious they did not. He would not be able to do things promised and blame my contractor. Then when he finally listened my contractor the issue was reolved in minutes, but it took him a month to do it. He promised me my site within a month and four month later it is almost the same as it was when
