These were the worst plumbers I have ever dealt with. The home warranty company sent them out and after they had taken the service fee (which, unfortunately, I paid in cash), they told me they didn't have the right type of snake to do the job and they left. Althought they promised they would be back before the end of the day, they never returned to complete the job. Nor did they return the money. The home warranty company had to send another plumber to complete the job. They were AWFUL.
