So, a friend's son was driving through Fairfield when he lost a fan belt on his car. It was a Friday afternoon (rush hour traffic). My friends son had no money or credit cards to pay for a service. We began to call the local towing companies and found that no company would come out unless he had cash or credit cards on him. Finally we reached GM Towing - not only did they agree to bill my friends State Farm Agent for the tow, they also found a repair shop that was willing to repair his car that night AND take a credit card over the phone for the repairs.
