Watch out this cleaning service is highly emotional and unprofessional. Lynn and her crew have been cleaning my vacation rental and after a simple misunderstanding she went all passive aggressive on me. She refused to show up for a clean she had previously confirmed without any notice. Did not return any of my calls or communication for a week and then held my gate opener and house keys hostage for another week, even after I agreed to pay her the extra she asked for to cover the misunderstanding. The cleaning jobs had been getting progressively worse with no ownership
