I just got my hair cut at this salon. It has been a nightmare. The stylist did not give me the cut that I requested, from a book, completely left my hair uneven on one side, chopped off on the back. I have been told by everyone that sees my hair cut that it is in fact uneven and choppy. It is about 1 1/2 inches shorter than what I asked for. When I told the hairdresser (Rosa) she simply laughed and said that it was "cute" and to call her in three days with all the compliments I would receive on my hair. Well, I hope she is not waiting by the phone. I
