The previous reviewer is spot on with his review with a few exceptions; first: there are two managers, a real manager who poses as a caring, hands on person and the aforementioned central-american immigrant non english speaker. also, no one takes action until you break out the california tenant guide and submit photocopies of the infraction along with a well written subtle threat. both manager's bark is worse than their bite, one just has to hold to their guns firmly when dealing with them. as the previous reviewer stated, the place used to be nice bu
