Let me just start by saying that I am not a high maintenance customer, I simply wanted a nice haircut. The beginning of my horrible experience with the place began with their inability to use their phone. I called several times to schedule an appointment, left messages and no one ever got back to me. I finally went in despite my being ignored and and was greeted by some bratty teenager too busy texting to look up at me. I explained what I wanted and proceeded to wait about 30 minutes in an ungodly uncomfortable chair. Finally "Sylvia" waves me over to a chair without so m
