After twenty something visits and still no pain relief I asked why I was still in so much pain, to which he questioned me with frustration, "Have you been bending, twisting and lifting?". Yes, I told him, I mean how could you go through life without bending and twisting? He said that I shouldn't be doing that. He also advised me to walk and stand as if I was about to jump off a diving board, leaning forward almost on tip toe, but not quite.
