I was a loyal customer of Norm's until yesterday and today. I had Norm's take care of some body damage on my car last month. After paying $1,200, I asked Norm to put my GPS device back in the position it was when I left my car with him. It was knocked around and facing the floor, so I couldn't see it, so what good would it be to me? He said to bring it back whenever and he'd take care of it. When I brought my car back he said it was too hot that day and to come back some other morning. When I came back last week he said to leave my car for an hour and a half. OK. W
