I went to get a smog test at a place I have used many times before. They did the visual inspection and the truck was missing a cap on a fuel line vent. They didn't say anythng and continued on with the inspection. It pass emmissions but they failed it on visual because of the cap and timing. Their website shows a free retest if you fail. They refused to do a retest. Their posting on their wall shows 1/2 price on retest and they refused that saying it would be full price.
