I have seen this "attorney" in court more than a few times. Sloppy, simply sloppy. It is completely understandable why Tom Adgate gets (it seems like) a good amount of his business from, either Alpine Legal referrals or "people with questionable legal status". It is a blessing Tom Adgate smokes cigarettes like a chimney..emphysema by yours.
