Arrowhead Ave San Bernardino This store sells single cigarettes that are hidden under the register in open packs...Newports and Marlboros are sold for 50 cents each, Raves are sold for 25cents or 3 for a dollar. They never card and sell to minors. They are also selling spice it is hidden behind the counter in a cardboard box. There are also illegal gambling machines. 20points=$1 they do give cash. It is owned by Jihad Saker. He opened the store as a "gift shop" but it is really a smoke shop. Also there are no signs on this building. I am willi
