I FOUND HIM ON THE INTERNET UNDER GRANDPARENTS VISITATION. SO I CALLED. THE GIRL AT THE DESK "ELIZABETH " SOUNDED LIKE A VERY SWEET AND CARING INDIVIDUAL, AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HANDLE HUNDREDS OF GRANDPARENTS CASES. SO I TRAVELED FROM HAGERSTOWN TO SILVER SPRING TO MEET SPENCER. I EVEN TOOK THEM TWO PLANTS CAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE SO NICE AND CARING. I THEN RETAINED
