We drove down to the local office on sierra ave. to cancel service due to the rate increasing, the line was outside the door, we had to wait about 35 mins before we could speak with a desk clerk, they were very professional, considering all the angry customers. Instead of cancelling our service the clerk was able to give us another 12 month promotion which lowered our bill about 35 total dollars a month, this kept us from having to find another cable provider which we liked, I definitely recommend anyone thinking about cancelling speaking to the local office bef
