First Care After Hours, a primary care medical practice open exclusively on weeknights and weekends, offers expert medical care with compassion. The practice is located in Beavercreek at 1911 North Fairfield Road, Suite 110. First Care After Hours offers treatment for patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. The facility is open Monday through Friday evenings from 7:00 to 10:00, and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8:00 p.m. No appointment is ever needed, and most insurance plans are accepted. The practice is staffed by Premier HealthNet physicians, including Ratna Palakodeti, MD, Paul Brammer, MD, Nicholas Davis, MD, Ravindra Mullapudi, MD, Roberta Kern, MD, and Marc Raslich, MD. First Care After Hours offers treatment for injuries and illnesses of all types, including chest pain, fractures and sprains, cuts needing stitches, abdominal pain, minor burns, seasonal allergies, animal bites, influenza, bronchitis, sinus infections, asthma, respiratory infections, earaches, urinary infections, and much more. The physicians perform annual, ODOT and immigration physicals, as well as sports and camp physicals. After treating a patient, the First Care After Hours staff provides detailed medical reports to the patient’s primary care physician. Additionally, First Care After Hours offers care for out of town patients who cannot get to their family physicians. According to Dr. Palakodeti, “We felt there was a need for an after hours care facility that would be easily accessible to all the residents of Greene County. We are not here to replace your primary care physician, but rather to supplement the care that your family doctor provides.” The practice differs from other after hours facilities because the patient’s insurance co-pay is the same as an office visit, not an urgent care or emergency room visit.
