I spoke with Johnathan who claimed the ad on VCStar was outdated, but he would honor his listed price, but outlined a number of additional charges. I agreed to the price and further agreed to his available appointment to meet him at my property to get a firm estimate. I waited, and waited, and waited. I left messages, including one to just tell me if he was unable to fit my work into his schedule. Nothing, nada, nyet. What an unprofessional dork.
