Cornerstone Outdoor Services was contracted to repair a retaining wall at my home in Conneautville Pa. The business owner David Bellingham was paid $6000.00 to do the work and a short time later David moved his business to Erie. David never started work on the wall nor did he buy any materials with the money he took. When asked for a return of the money David stated that he didn't have it I can't comment on the quality of work because he didn't do any. As to the quality of character I would describe David as a fraud and a thief. Do yourself a favor and look fo
