Her passion for real estate stems from having worked at AT&T for 28 years where she worked as a Customer Service Representative and a Communications Technician. These jobs trained her to put the customer first, listen to the customer’s needs, and pay attention to detail. Buyers need not worry that she will pressure you to buy just any home because her goal is to find the perfect home for your family. Sellers can rest assured that their home will be priced correctly. Lorraine pays attention to detail and will highlight the best features of your property in its physical description and its visual appeal as she is an avid photographer. She began her real estate career in 2005 and received excellent training from Tarbell Real Estate that prepared her to handle sales and purchases whether it be a standard sale or more complex sale involving distressed properties and strong negotiating skills. Whether she is representing a buyer or seller she always will protect their interests. Recently, she joined the Temecula HomeSmart Real Estate Team. Lorraine Best, the Homes for Heroes representative for Southwest Riverside County, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management and an Associate’s degree in Social Science. Her brief in keeping abreast of new information in this ever changing market compels her to stay informed on the most recent topics by obtaining as training over and above what is required to maintain her license and by becoming involved in committees in the local real estate board. Lorraine recently moved her career up a notch buy obtaining her Broker’s license. In 2011 she chose to become the first agent to bring Homes for Heroes, a nationwide network of affiliates that honor our national and local heroes to Riverside County.
