I had a big deep scrape all along the passenger side of my car. My friend Liz referred me to this body shop. She said the repair and paint job on her car was excellent. I went in and spoke to the owner, Carlos. He looked at the damage and assured me he would fix it and fix it right. He shook my hand, looked me in the eye and said, "I will take care of you".
