My experience began with a noisy clothes dryer. After the repair, one of my adult children accidently overpaid the technician by $50.00 cash, and despite numerous promises to 'be there tomorrow' it has been weeks. Oh, and my dryer was also 'fixed' but was still noisy, the technician DISASSEMBLED it, even though it was working, and kept me hanging for 10 days on a part that I was told would take two days to receive.
