Goombazz Big City Eatzz How We Started Brenda’s lifelong dream was to own and operate a restaurant. Sal has over 40 years of experience in the restaurant field and a passion for food that is second to none. Sal and Brenda started Goombazz Big City Eatzz with their love for food from big cities. They are major "foodies" and will not hesitate to drive to Chicago for lunch to catch the local flavors. So they decided to bring local flavors from all over back to the Quad-Cities.
