NEGATIVES: 1) flattened and ruined the style of my pleated (1/2 inch), silk skirt - my skirt does not look the same anymore 2) stretched my clothes (which i newly bought, hoping to wear it after getting it dry cleaned) 3) when i confronted them nicely about it they did not even apologize or show any remorse about the matter I understand that the prices at this place is cheaper than the others but not worth the saving, especially if their job will only ruin my clothes.
