2 Time Loser! This location is terrible about communicating with their customers! We had a hitch put on a passenger car in March 2013. We made the initial appointment, drove to the location and they canceled but didn't bother to call. Irritating, but I gave them a second chance. Before the second trip, I called in advance to be told that the installer's wife was in childbirth. I'm not a jerk, so I let it go, at least this time, I didn't waste the gas to the location. The third time, we got the hitch installed and they were even good enough t
