The number above is a FAX machine... the number that I was given as I called a manufacturer on warranted service is the number I am discussing below. I have called this place several times, there is never an answer. No open times or days on the phone as a matter of fact after a few of my phone calls the message changed to just the guys name. My messages have gone unanswered. I am this was the only approved warranty service on my small appliance, so now I am stuck with mailing in my machine. It would be nice if the guy gave a rip about his former custome
