I have never written an online review for a business and being a former small business owner I know how a negative review can affect the reputation of a business. That being said I feel obligated to let people know what an awful experience it was to work with Team Rhino. Extremely unprofessional. They lost our entire file, repeatedly called us by the wrong names after working with them for over six months and horrible communication. We got our loan in spite of them being rude and incapable. You have a lot of choices when it comes to lenders, steer clear of Rhino.
