- Under one roof you can tap into caregivers and coordinators specially trained in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care in our Home Services Adult Day Program and Caregiver Support Groups. In addition we have a free medical equipment loan program offer a free speakers’ bureau on issues that affect our senior and disabled communities and serve as a resource center for the Alzheimer’s Association.
