I had shoulder surgery several years ago. I had traditional physical therapy, but that only addressed my range of motion. I still had pain and weakness and difficulty with computer work, cleaning my house, pushing and pulling objects, carrying heavy things, etc. I am so grateful I I found Wild Grace Wellness Center. The Myofascial Release therapy that Val and Emily specialize in was extremely therapeutic. I am back to enjoying life. I can do yoga now, I am pain free and I feel great!
