Katherine [employee] caused me such grief and hardship I can hardly express in words. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company. Thanks to her, I lost evrything I own and she still will not release my remaining funds tho even Social Security says I am entitled to them. The reason I have yet to collect is that because she will not send me my own money I don't have the $ to pay for my replacement ID to show at Social Security office to have Helping Hands FIRED! ... God Help us all. I spent months on the streets while my checks
