I found Alex online and was initially pleased with the speed and professionalism. He was going to repair my Samsung TV. He took the TV with him and returned it within a week at which point I paid him $160 dollars. He said the problem was gone but told us he had a 90 day warranty in case we had any problems. The TV was not fixed at all and although he attempted to fix the TV a couple more times (these times he barely answered his phone), the TV was never fixed and we never received our money back.
