Progressive Insurance had my car towed here following an accident in which my vehicle was totalled. I had some personal belongings in the car when it was towed away because I couldn't bring everything with me in the tow truck, so I had to arrange to stop by and retrieve the items. It took two phone calls to get someone to answer the phone. When I arrived, I went inside and followed the roped off line as indicated, then came to the front counter. I stood for several minutes.
