Horrible carpet and horrible staff. Had to fight 5 months to get them to replace my carpet. And then they tell me to install it myself. The original carpet was old and sat for awhile before they sold it to me. It started shedding and pulling apart right away. Metal strips were so uneven and dented up. We contacted them in December 2012. After contacting Better Business Bearu they finally gave us carpet. in May 2013. But refused to install it all of a sudden after promising to install it for free for 5 months. So we had to pay a friend to pick the carpet up from their store
