We love our Avalon Wood burning insert. The people that sold it and installed it were very nice. However, now it is in and we are enjoying the cozy heat it provides. We notices it takes an incredibly long time for the fan to turn after we initial light the fire (1 hour average). Not only is it a long time, but it is extremely hot. I shared this with the installer. They came and looked and made some adjustment. It did no good. I called again, this time the owner came out and basically told me I didn't know how to light a fire, so I have been lighting the fire h
