The operators of the facility are quite possibly some of the worst people I have ever had to interact with. They have no concern with customer service. They act as if it is %27their facility%27 and you are privileged to use it%2C as opposed to you supporting their business by choosing to store your stuff with them.%0AWhile attempting to resolve an issue I was verbally and nearly physically assaulted by a male employee%28I am a young female%29. He was subsequently informed from the manager that I was correct on the original issue. However%2C no apologies were made to me an
