From the initial phone call to the service itself to the follow-up call, everyone one I encountered was focused on making sure I was totally satisfied. We had a "detailed cleaning" for what I considered a very reasonable price. Everything about it was EASY, which I appreciate. Mai set up the appointment and took my information over the phone, including intricate details about my house, my pets, what I wanted cleaned and how.
