I highly recommend the Pro Martial Arts program in Bridgeville. I took my 9 and 11yr old nephews and not only did we all get a great workout but they came home focused on how they could contribute more to their household. The nine year old disappeared when I was explaining the program to their parents...we found him shoveling the walk. Without being asked! They should be called "Magic Martial Arts".
