They do not deserve a star but it's required to give one. I would rate Assured Management with NO STARS!! They are really nice when you are a potential renter but after you sign the lease they are horrible! If you do rent through them, make sure you read the lease carefully! They are allowed to enter your home without notice and they do a property check every year. They only way they notify you is through e-mail. So if you don't check your e-mail everyday you will come home one night and see that they were in your home. I asked them to notify me through the ma
