It is so sad that after 40 years I will no longer be a customer of this (formerly) great resource because the current manager, Christopher, has the poor judgement to hassle me over a $2 mislabeled (by the store) return item. This rude (constantly interrupting), officious little bureaucrat is so obsessed with procedure that he made an argument out of a simple business transaction. The store owner, Don, (who's name is on the receipt as the cashier) told me "If it doesn't fit, you can bring it back as long as you bring the receipt.%2
