My husband and I work out at Adventure Karate. I don't feel foolish or insecure when I workout in the class. I feel confident in the class. You work areas that women are typically shy about working out in a gym like the upper body and lower body. I feel more energy in the morning and I don't get that afternoon tiredness anymore.
