Since 1999 Dana has been treating athletes and injured clients. She is passionate about education people on massage therapy, sports performance, stretching and injury/rehab prevention. Dana has chosen Esthetics, Massage Therapy and Personal Training as her profession because she finds working one-on-one with each client both fulfilling and rewarding. Everyone can have beautiful skin with professional guidance and excellent skin care products. Once you meet Dana you will see she is a sheer delight and has a kind-hearted nature with a broad background in the wellness field. Dana has worked in five star destination spas, commercial gyms, private studios and high schools. She has trained college athletes, professional motorcross riders, Air Force fighter pilots, ski and snowboard instructors, corporate professionals and full-time moms. Qualifications: • Licensed Massage Therapist • Licensed Esthetician & Manicurist • Extensive training in Esthetics including microdermabrasion • ACE & AFAA Certified Personal Trainer • AASDN Certified in Sports Nutrition • High Performance Speed and Agility Training for Pneumex- Certified • High Speed Treadmill and Weightless Rehabilitation -Certified • Vibration Plate - used for plyometric training and rehabilitation
