Kathy is amazing! I have an almost 3 year old Shih Tsu who has had some very bad experiences with grooming. He did not like the grooming experience at all. Since we have been taking him to see Kathy, he has come such a long way. He gives her kisses now, loves on her and gets excited to see her! It has been a long process to get him past his fears and Kathy has stayed persistent with him and has not given up! He went from hating baths to enjoying them along with his facial that he gets every time. I highly recommend those for pets!!! I can not give enough app
