Customer Service is the worse!!! My car was damage after taking it in for preventive maintenance. Had to contact the Corporate Customer Service Team to get my issue resolved and my car repaired. Once Precision Tune's Corporate Customer Service Team contacted the owner, Chaz Moore, now all of a sudden, he and his manager Larry are working to resolve my issue declaring apologies that later turn out to be pointless.
